Trims and Powertrain
The ‘25 Sentra is a front-wheel-drive sedan with three trim choices: S, SV, and SR. A 149-horsepower 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine forms the powertrain with a continuously variable transmission. According to the official fuel-economy determinations of the EPA, the S and SR return an EPA-estimated 30 miles to the gallon around town and 40 mpg on the highway, while the SL returns an estimated 30 mpg city/38 mpg highway.
Standard Features
The S sits on 16-inch steel wheels and comes with remote keyless entry, power side-view mirrors, push-button ignition, a 7-inch color touchscreen, a 4.2-inch multi-function information display, charcoal cloth upholstery, one USB port, an auxiliary audio input, and a 12-volt power outlet. The SV upgrades to 16-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and gains two additional USB ports, a vehicle security system, Nissan Intelligent Key, a 7-inch Advanced Drive-Assist display, and premium cloth upholstery.
The SR changes its appearance both inside and out, with sport cloth upholstery with contrast stitching, a TailorFit leatherette-wrapped steering wheel, a leather-wrapped shift knob, 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, a dark chrome grille, LED headlights and daytime running lights, side sill extensions, an integrated rear spoiler, and a chrome exhaust finisher. It also raises the wintertime comfort factor with heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated power side-view mirrors with turn indicators, and remote start with intelligent climate control.
Advanced Driver-Assist Technology
The Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite unites cameras, sonar, and radar systems to increase the driver’s awareness of obstacles from every angle. Every trim has high beam assist, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane departure warning, intelligent driver awareness, blind spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic braking mitigation, and rear parking sensors. The SV and SR get adaptive cruise control as a standard feature and are eligible for the Intelligent Around View Monitor via their respective optional Premium Package.
Infotainment and Connectivity
The S has a 7-inch color touchscreen with voice recognition that’s used to manage Bluetooth Hands-free phone and audio streaming, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Siri Eyes Free, and Google Assistant. The SV and SR go to an 8-inch color touchscreen and gain access to SiriusXM satellite radio. The available SV/SR Premium Package will add an 8-speaker Bose premium audio system and Nissan Connect Services with a Wi-Fi hotspot.
