The Rogue continues to aim to give drivers many great features and a lot of room, all inside a compact vehicle. With rear doors that open up to 77 degrees, it is easy to get both people and your important belongings into the backseat. Coming standard on both the SV and SL versions is a Motion-Activated Liftgate to help simplify your life. This feature is optional on the S.
Performance
Each and every level of the Rogue is powered by a 2.5-liter I-4 engine that provides 170-hp. As for the transmission, drivers get a 2-speed CVT with both overdrive and auto-manual. This is an Xtronic transmission that has standard Sport Mode and Eco switches. From this combination, drivers get 175 lb-ft of torque. Front-wheel-drive Rogues can get a combined fuel economy of 29 MPG. The AWD versions do almost as well, with 28 MPG.
Interior
Some of the exciting available features in the Rogue included heated side mirrors and seats, a steering wheel wrapped in leather, and a gear knob that matches. Two LCD monitors in the front and remote keyless entry are other great interior features. The top-of-the-line SL trim has proPilot Assist and a navigation system.
Safety
Drivers will find tons of great safety features, both standard and available, on the 2019 Nissan Rogue. The Nissan Intelligent Mobility™ suite includes many available features that monitor conditions ahead, behind, and to the sides of the vehicle. Drivers get a Radar-Based Blind Spot Detection and have the option of Rear Cross Traffic Alert. Another great technological safety feature is Intelligent Lane Intervention with Lane Departure Warning. Drivers also get anti-lock brakes, seatbelt pretensioners, stability control, and a very comprehensive security system. There is also a well-designed setup of airbags, including overhead, side-impact, and front-impact.
